We had in attendance Lieutenant Andrew Parker RN, Councillor Major Tom Wye MBE,Mr David Shippley Chairman and not forgetting the reason for the Blessing T.S Vanguard headed by Lieutenant(SCC) Andrew Seggie RNR.
