Staff Recruitment
TS Saumarez has had an excellent few years, and as a result the number of cadets in 2008 has nearly tripled, mainly through word of mouth from existing cadets.
In order to allow more cadets to join Twickenham Unit and expand our number further, we are trying to increase the numbers of staff. So if you are aged between 18 and 65 years of age and have any kind of disciplined background, preferably Royal Navy or Merchant Navy, and are willing to give up Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings to supervise and instruct cadets of the Sea Cadet Corps, we would very much like to hear from you.
This invitation is open to both male and female adults, plus any person who would be willing to be trained by the Sea Cadet Corps to supervise and instruct cadets or has any knowledge or civilian qualifications in navigation, sailing, seamanship, drill, cook/stewarding, boating or Military band music which could be transferred to the Sea Cadet Corps.

New Cadet Intake
If you would like to visit us please come along and meet the Commanding Officer and have a tour on a Tuesday evening from 7.30 until 9.00 pm or Sunday morning from 10.30 am until 12.30 pm.
