Welcome to T.S. Warrior
Pembroke Dock 'T.S. Warrior' was formed in 1993. Commissioned in 1995.
Our current Officer in Charge, S/Lt (SCC) M Styles RNR, is one of the original cadets when it was set up in 1993. Having been promoted through the ranks, S/Lt Styles is now commanding a training ship of around 20 Blue Jackets and 4 Juniors on a nightly basis.
We parade on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 1900 - 2130 hours at the Royal Naval Dockyard, Pembroke Dock.
We currently have 4 members of staff teaching a range of subjects from sailing, rowing, canoeing, seamanship, first aid, writer/stores, cook/steward - to name but a few!

WHAT ARE THE SEA CADETS?
The sea Cadets are boys and girls aged 10-18 years of age who are looking for adventure, rewarding experiences with strong links to the sea.

Aims of T.S. Warrior
In association with the aims of the Sea Cadets, the aims of T. S. Warrior are:
1. To help members of the Unit develop 2. To develop a varied training programme that is reward to cadets, staff and committee 3. To instil high standards of self-discipline, responsibility, leadership, teamwork and self-confidence in our cadets 4. To encourage good citizenship 5. To have FUN

Goal Setting for 2006/07
1. To commence the Duke of Edinburgh training 2. Improve cadet and staff qualifications 3. To gain more boating proficiencies 4. To increase cadet numbers 5. To find alternative accommodation 6. For all cadets to attend at least one National, Area and District course. 7. Participate in all District Competitions

WHAT DO SEA CADETS DO?
All sea cadets receive instruction in a wide variety of skills. Cadets have the opportunity to get involved in many activities in and around Pembroke and Pembroke Dock. They also have the chance to undergo training at Royal Navy bases such as Portsmouth and Plymouth and occasionally experience life at sea on RN warships.

WHEN DO THEY DO THIS?
T.S. Warrior meet twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 1900-2100. Some activities may take place at weekends - camping, competitions etc.
