Unit Boating Day - August 2008

On Saturday 16 August, five cadets and the Commanding Officer took the Unit's powerboat from its moorings in Bisham to Henley and back.

OC Henderson has a break from crewing the boat as it passes through Temple.

OC Seymour is a laid back bow as the Viking passes through Hambledon Lock on its way to Henley.

The cadets keep each other entertained when not taking charge of the boat.

A long day's boating is too much for some of the cadets!

Ordinary Cadet Seymour gets a go as coxswain but still looks miserable!

The cadets practice their skills in the white water at Hambledon Lock.

The boat goes towards the weir with another cadet at the helm.

OC Martin coxswains the Viking.

The Commanding Officer finally gets an opportunity to take charge of the boat!

AC Smith takes charge for the last leg of the journey home.
