Sponsored Pull & Paddle
In September 2005 we did a Sponsored Pull and Paddle from Gosport to Fareham and back to raise money for our new rescue boat. It was a very tiring day and the weather was not on our side but we managed to raise around £1,000!

Flag Days
Fundraising Unlike the other Cadet Forces, each local Sea Cadet Unit is an individually registered charity responsible for raising the money each year to cover the entire running costs of their own facilities (i.e. heating, lighting, electricity, insurance, maintenance costs etc).
Another way we raise money is to do Flag Days at our local supermarkets.
Each year this helps us to raise much needed funds to help run the unit and buy new equipment.
