Congrat's to POC GROVES
Congratulations to POC Naomi Groves for achieving the Fishguard and Goodwick Mayors Cadet for 2009/2010. She is the first Sea Cadet to achieve this Award in the area.
She will now be invited with a local Army Cadet and Sea Scout to Escort the Mayor with his duties.
Well done !!

Prenentation Evening Xmas 2008
12th December Fishguard Sea Cadets held a prenentation evening in the Ship & Anchor, High Street, Fishguard.
Pictured here are the cadets achieving their awards from Best Cadet, Cadets cadet, Most Imrpved Cadet, Admin Cadet, Boatwork Cadet, Most Improved Air Rilfe, Most Improved Small Bore, T.S. Skirmisher Cup, HMS Pembroke Cup.
Well done to all cadets for 2008 !!!

Trafalgar Night 2008
"Skirmisher" held its annual Trafalgar Night fundraising event. Over 60 guests enjoy a Naval Mess Dinner with senior cadets stewarding.

OLYMPICS 2008
Fishguard Sea Cadets entered an Olympics float for the Carnival this year.
No prize this year but good fun building it. Don't mention the water balloons to Mrs B.

Presentation Evening
Cadets and staff enjoyed a Presentation evening held in June 2008, with the President of the unit Cdr J. Holmes issuing various badges and awards to cadets.

10K RUN.
Volunteers from Sea Cadets took part in the Fishguard / Goodwick 10K run.
All 3 did well for thier first run.

Gold D of E exped
October 2008 6 cadets took part in their Gold Practice Exped in the Brecon Beacons. Waking up to snow on their second day!!!!

Carnival Float 2007
Thanks to all the workers that helped build the Nottingham Forest Float for the Fishguard Carnival.

Float 2006
T.S. Skirmisher took part in the Fishguard Carnival with their version of the Black Perl. The unit won the overall trophy for the best float.
