Welcome to the website of Training Ship Duncan, the Dundee unit of the Sea Cadet Corps.
The Sea Cadet Corps is a national youth organisation based on the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy. It is open to girls and boys aged 12-18 (Tuesday & Thursday evenings), has a Junior section for those aged 10-12 (Tuesdays evenings only), and a Marine Cadet Detachment (Monday & Thursday evenings) for boys aged 13-18. Our unit band meet on Wedensday evenings and is open to all within the unit.
New cadets and adult staff are always welcome. Please feel free to browse our site, email us with any questions or pop into the unit on a parade night. You can be sure of a warm welcome.
The unit is open for initial contact on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7pm - 9pm.
