Chairman Receives Award
Mr Chris de Lisle was awarded the Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire's Commendation for services to the Sea Cadet Corps as District & Unit Chairman over the previous ten years at a ceremony on Tuesday 11th November in the T.A Centre at Bletchley.
Well done Chris from all staff & cadets.

Leading Cadet On Vigilant
Chilterns Leading Cadet Zoe Jones went Offshore on the 30ft sailing boat Vigilant for a week during the Easter Break. Sailing from Weymouth to Gosport & visiting several places on route.
She had a great time, making new friends & learning new skills.

Chesham & Amersham RNA who have supported the unit in the past were invited to the NATO HQ at Northwood. They had a presentation on the present role of the Royal Navy at current NATO Operations. Two members in the picture are current staff from Chiltern unit.

District Trafalgar Parade 2007
Unit Staff & Cadets attending the parade at Dalton Barracks (formally RAF Abingdon). The parade was on Sunday 14th October, a drumhead ceremony was held as there was no church available.

Staff & Cadets at HMS Wildfire
P.O Mark Stephenson & P.O Keith Jones attended HMS Wildfire's 50th anniversary divisions with two cadets in June '07. Wildfire is the RNR unit based at Northwood. Some cadets from another unit also attended. A great day was had. The VIP guest for the day was Rear Admiral Johnstone-Burt who is the Flag Officer in charge of Royal Navy Reserves.
