How to find the Unit Headquarters
Follow directions into Barrow on the A590, passing Asda on the left.
At the next roundabout turn right, follow the road round passing Tesco and the large Build Hall on the left.
Straight ahead at the next roundabout.
Then take a left turn at the next roundabout and then first right into Farm Street.
The Unit HQ buildng can be found 100 yards on the left hand side on the corner of Farm Street and Dundee Street (Post code is LA14 2RP).

How to find the Sailing Centre
Follow directions into Barrow on the A590, passing Asda on the left.
On reaching the next roundabout turn right, follow the road round passing Tesco and the large Build Hall on the left.
Straight ahead at the next roundabout.
Straight ahead at the next roundabout and onto Island Road (Post code is LA14 2TB).
Go past the Church then turn right and immediately left onto the other side of Island Road.
Follow this road to the right into St Andrews Street.
At the end of the street, immediately past the last house take the track to the left for about 400 yards until you arrive at the Sailing Centre gates.
