Directions
Worthy Down is located approximately 5 miles from Winchester. Winchester has excellent road and rail links, it is 1 hour by rail to London Waterloo. Southampton, Basingstoke and Portsmouth are all within easy travelling distance, each has excellent shopping facilities.
Worthy Down camp is easily accessible to the M3, M4 and is located adjacent to the A34.
The easiest way is to take the A34 from the Winnall Roundabout (big Winchester Tesco) which is signposted towards Newbury.
Stay in the left hand lane (signposted Salisbury)and take the first turning on the left off the A34 onto the B3420(signposted Salisbury, Sutton Scotney and South Wonston).
At the roundabout, take the 5th exit onto the B3420 towards South Wonston.
At the next roundabout take the right hand exit (signposted South Wonston) onto Connaught Road .
Follow the road and Worthy Down is the first turning on the right after going over the hill and is signposted.
