The Text reads as follows.
"The Kettlebrook unit was visited by Cdr Neal Hinch who inspected Cadet's standard of dress, their parade skills and watched various drills and displays.
"You are one of the best units in the area"said the Commander,"and I am lucky to have such a unit where the cadets, staff and Committee are happy and all work hard to make it so good""

Presentation of colours

On hearing that the Cadets did not have Unit Colours the RNA and MNA rallied round. With help from Aston Villa footbal Club, who donated a ball signed by the team and also, by special request, signed by Doug Ellis (an ex airey fairy and Member of Tamworth FAA) and other donations, they were able to purchase a Colours/Standard for the unit. This was dedicated at Tamworth Church. (more pics to follow).
The pic shows representatives of the RNA and MNA handing over the standard to the unit CO.
