A little bit of info for you

We meet twice a week at our Headquarters in Regents Street, Briton Ferry SA11 2PL on Mondays & Thursdays at 7pm till 9pm.

During the summer months boatwork, canoeing, walking and other activities take place on the weekends, as well as many weekends away to our training centres and other Sea Cadet units.

Can YOU spare some time to help us ?

Are you an adult aged 18+ and have a couple of hours spare time, and want to make a difference to our community then give us a call.

We are alway looking for new people to join our Management & Training Teams. You don't need any prior knowledge or experience, we'll show you the ropes, and qualify you to nationally recognised standards.

Why not just come along and help us keep the boats afloat, paint a wall, cut the grass, whatever you can offer, there is a place for you with the Sea Cadets.

Our Affiliated Royal Navy Ship - HMS TRUMPETER P294

Some Sea Cadet Units in the UK are fortunate enough to have affiliations with current serving Royal Navy, Royal Fleet Auxiliary or Merchant Navy Ships.

Neath Sea Cadets is currently affiliated to HMS Trumpeter, an Archer Class P2000 Patrol Boat, currently assigned to Bristol University Royal Naval Unit as their training ship.

This affiliation begun mid 2004, after many successful years affiliation with another P2000 HMS Dasher, which has been reassigned to the newly formed Cyprus Squadron.
