Gift from Dawn Patrol
On Tuesday evening the 24th November 2009 the Chairman of the Dawn Patrol Rotary Club of Maidstone, Mark Price presented the club's charity donation of £1000 to Able Cadet R Homewood of TS Scott Maidstone Sea Cadet's.
The Chairman of the Unit David Naghi in thanking the Rotary Club for its kind donation explained the many financial problems faced by all voluntary organisation, such as the Sea Cadets, and how their continued existence depend on the altruism of such clubs as the Dawn Patrol. This welcomed gift would be put to good use in helping with the annual running cost of the Units such as the mini-bus and water rates.
