Welcome
The Leamington & Warwick Sea Cadets is a voluntary youth organisation, open to young people aged 12 to 18 and with Junior Sections open to those of 10 to 12 years of age, run by enthusiastic adult volunteers.
If you're out to enjoy life as much as possible, this is the place for you! Fun, friendship, adventure and learning new skills is what we're about - based on waterborne activities, but with lots of other exciting things to learn and do on land as well. Have a look and see what you could be getting involved in.

Shooting Weekends For January and February 2009
CADET COURSES
9-11 January at Okehampton.
Shooting L98A1 and L81A2s.
Cost £20.
6-8 February at Okehampton
Cadets Shooting L98A1 and L81A2.
Cost £20.
20-22 February HMS RAGEIGH
Cadets Shooting L98A1 and L81A2.
Cost £20.
If you would like to go please let PPO Brown know asap.
Also payment is required 2 weeks before the course start.
The minimum age for shooting is 13.5 years old.
STAFF COURSES
6-8 February at Okehampton
Adults Basic Weapons (No weapon knowledge required) plus the Ammunition Storemans Course.
Cost £20.
20-22 February HMS RAGEIGH
Adults Weapons Instructors Course (IM 2-3 required).
Cost £20.

ACTIVTIES FOR WEEK COMMENCING 17th NOV - 5th DEC
Thu 20th Nov: At the unit as usual from 7:15pm-9:30pm.
Rig of the day: Civilian but cadets are to bring their uniforms with them. Could cadets also bring an ironing board, iron, shoe polish and dusters.
Sat 22nd Nov: Laser quest in the evening at 6:45pm. Meet at the unit on saturday at 6:15pm. Cost is £3 for cadets who helped with the unit move and £6 for those who didnt.
If you would like to go please let PPO Brown know by thursday night at the latest.
Tues 25th Nov: At the unit as usual from 7:15pm-9:30pm.
Rig of the day: No4s (working rig) with jumpers.
Thu 27th Nov: At the unit as usual from 7:15pm-9:30pm.
Rig of the day: No4s (working rig) with jumpers.
Tues 2nd Dec: Swimming at Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre from 7:30pm-9:00pm in the leisure pool which has flume.
Cost is £1.95.
Thu 4th Dec: At the unit as usual from 7:15pm-9:30pm.
Rig of the day: No1s (best rig) with jumpers

IMPORTANT DATES FOR YOUR DIARY
SATURDAY 22nd of NOVEMBER: Free Laser Quest for all the cadets and juniors who took part in the helping the unit move buildings during April and May.
SATURDAY 21st of FEBRUARY: Collecting in Leamington town centre for unit funds.
SATURDAY 2nd of MAY: Collecting in Warwick town centre for unit funding.
