Welcome
The Leamington & Warwick Sea Cadets is a voluntary youth organisation, open to young people aged 12 to 18 and with Junior Sections open to those of 10 to 12 years of age, run by enthusiastic adult volunteers.
If you're out to enjoy life as much as possible, this is the place for you! Fun, friendship, adventure and learning new skills is what we're about - based on waterborne activities, but with lots of other exciting things to learn and do on land as well. Have a look and see what you could be getting involved in.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you are unable to attend cadets you must either get permission from the Officer in Charge or you must text or call 07500723830 by 6pm on Parade nights to state your reason for not attending.

DATES FOR MARCH 2010
Thu 18th of March: Swimming at St Nics from 7:30 - 8:30pm. Cost: free is you have a pass or £2.50 approximately.
Sun 21st of March: Swimming test at St Nic`s from 5pm-6:15pm. Cost is £2. Cadets must attend if they wish to attend the adventure and power boating weekends. Swimming test is a 25meter swim in a buoyancy aid. The test is nothing to worry about. If you can’t swim, it won’t be a problem as you will have a buoyancy aid on.
Tues 23rd of March: 19:20-21:30, rig of the day is NO.4S.
Thu 25th of March: 19:20-21:30, rig of the days is NO4s as we have external staff attending the unit.
Fri 26th-28th March: Power boating at TS Palatine.

EXCITING TIMES FOR 2010
2010 looks to be an exciting year with plenty going on.
Here are just a few of the events taking place:
1. Power boating at TS Palatine: 26-28th March.
2. Adventure weekend in Cornwall: 2nd-4th April.
3.Costal power boating at Weymouth Boat Station: 30th-2nd May.

Before a cadets can take part in any event it is compulsory a T1 is completed by a parent. Click here for the form.
