Cadet of the month is awarded to the cadet who has paraded most times in the month. Achieved the highest marks in uniform inspection at Commanding Officer and 1st Lieutenants divisions.

Division of the month award, is marked on the number of parade nights the whole division has paraded and on the uniform marks following the Commanding Officer and 1st Lieutenants inspection.

Jack Petchey Foundation
The main objective of the Jack Petchey Foundation is to help youth projects in East London and West Sussex and now Portugal. The scheme recognises the effort and achievement of young people, and rewards them and their voluntary organisations accordingly. A Cadet from Edmonton is nominated every 3 months for the Jack Petchey Achievement Award. The unit receives £200.00 from the Petchey Foundation which we are able to spend on training materials or by sending cadets away on courses, the cadet receives a signed certificate and badge.

Jack Petchey Leaders Award
PO (SCC) Sam Hall was awarded the Jack Petchey Leaders Award for 2009, following nomination by CPO (SCC) A Stevens - Commanding Officer. Presentation of the award took place at kensington Great Hall by London Area Officer Cdr P Haines RN, on behalf of Mr Jack Petchey, founder of the Petchey Foundation.
