SENIOR CADETS
Our unit accommodates both male & female cadets; we fully endorse equal opportunities.
There are 2 sections to our unit; these sections together with their own dedicated members of staff comprise T.S. LYNX.
SEA CADETS (12 – 18 yrs)
This section makes up the largest part of our unit; the training is based on Naval traditions. These cadets have the opportunity to take part in many activities both in the classroom, field and on the water. Training nights – Monday and Thursday

JUNIOR CADETS
JUNIOR CADETS (10 – 12)
A large section accommodating cadets of the younger years. This section is taught as a much more simplified version of the SCC syllabus in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Training nights – WEDNESDAY only

Costs
As the unit is not funded by the MOD we are responsible for all services e.g. Gas/Water/Electricity and although the MOD owns the building we are responsible for its upkeep.
To enable the unit to be successful we ask for a small subscription of £1 per evening.
Weekends away cost are only considered as a good value for money.
