First Lieutenant - PPO(SCC) Bob Irving
After spending 11 years working as part of the Royal Navy Seaman's Branch PPO(SCC) Bob Irving spent time as the "Chief Rigger" for the REME Regiment before moving to Brunei where he was the Master Rigger for the Royal Brunei Navy for 21 years. Now returned to the UK PPO(SCC) Irving has joined the Sea Cadets to teach his skills to a new generation. Taking on the role of 1st LT, PPO(SCC) Irving is keen to instill the traditions and ethos of the RN to both Cadets and Staff alike within the corps.

After starting her time in the cadets on the Unit Management committee she soon realilised that her true talents were in training the Cadet's. She is now in charge of the Junior Cadets and can be contacted on juniors@carlisleseacadets.org
