Onwards and Upwards!
Here we go We are definately on the way up at last - a win at the District Pulling rgeatta (our first district win at any level for many years), 3 new recruits, 5 new staff plus the C.O.,a strong management commitee (all ex cadets) and our own new (well nearly new)minibus thanks to Banbury Charities.
The past few months have been very busy as we sweep away the decks and start the long journey to recovery but spirits are high within the unit and everyone is confident that by this time next year we shall have a full compliment of trained staff and cadets and that Banbury Unit will no longer be in the doldrums!
Within the next few weeks we shall commence our cadet recruitment programme confident that we are able to offer all new cadets an interseting and varied training programme as well taking full advantage of all training offered by district and area.
