The cadets who participated in this event were very professional and performed well. Even though it was a very wet day the cadets kept smiling.

ROYAL NAVAL UNIT REVIEW

A big Thank you and well done to all the cadets who attended on the night. They were all well turned out and their drill was good. The two evoloutions were entertaining and all the guests enjoyed the show.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Committe Meeting - Monday 4th August at the Unit. All parents are welcome to meet the committee.

CO's divisions - Monday 4th August BEST UNIFROM

Saturday 16th August - Stanhope Fun day. PT display team and cadets for recruitment stand will be required.

Sunday 17th August Brenzett Museum Open Day - Display team and cadets for recruitment stand required.

Tuesday 19th to Thursday 21st August - Unit camp. This camp is the ideal oppourtunity to gain some new skills and catch up on some areas that you may need assistance with. MORE DETAILS TO FOLLOW

District Swimming Competition- In the evening of Saturday 6th September 2008 the East Kent District swimming gala will be held at the Stour centre in Ashford. All cadets are required to attend.

TA 100 parade in Canterbury - Two Marine Cadets and one bluejacket cadet is required for TA 100 parade at Canterbury on Saturday 6th September. Approximate timings 0900 to 1400 hours. Best Uniform will be required.

District Multi Training Weekend - 19th to 21st September at St Martins Plain in Folkestone. The course information is on the notice board. It is the ideal oppourtunity to gain qualifications which will assist with your advancement. Names and course fee (£10) must be in by 15th August.
