Our Unit
Our Unit is part of the Sea Cadet Corps, we are in the Ox & Bucks District and are one of 8 Units in the District. We are a small and friendly unit, at the moment we have about 23 Cadets who range in age from 10-17, we also have a small selection of Staff who run the Unit and many of its activities. Our Committee helps with the running of the Unit and ensures that we have the necessary equipment and funds to offer the Cadets different opportunities. We are hoping to get the boats mended very soon and get them on the river, but before that can happen we need a new trailer for the bigger boats and as always need more staff to help supervise the Cadets when boating. We are always on the lookout for people to help and if you feel that you would like to do this in some capacity, please contact us or come and see us at the Unit. Thank you

Redecorating the Unit
Well over the last couple of weeks we have started to redecorate our end of the Unit, the office has been painted a "love it or hate it" shade of Gentle Lavender (or PINK as those that do not like it, call it). It is certainly brighter and nicer than the old wall colour. Our thanks have to go to Carpet Right for donating a new carpet and also thanks go to Kati, Genny, Tom, James and Debbie for weilding paint brushes and rollers, and to Peter and John for some of the vital finishing touches. Thank you team!
